We offer Sunrise Flow to energize your body for the day ahead, and Sunset Yin to stretch deep tissues and calm the mind before sleep. The sound of the rhythmic waves provides a natural metronome for your breath, enhancing the meditative aspect of the practice.

Guided Meditation
