These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of SIG Labs websites, venues, accommodations, restaurants, events, retail and trader services, and any associated platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope and definitions
“Guest” includes individual travelers, diners, and event attendees. “Client” includes corporate, agency, and trader accounts. “Venue” refers to our hospitality locations and event spaces. “Order” means any booking, reservation, catering order, or retail purchase.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 to make a booking or purchase. Corporate or trader accounts must be created by an authorized signatory.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied and for safeguarding any credentials used to access our systems.
3. Reservations and guarantees
- Bookings may require a deposit, pre‑payment, or card guarantee. Pre‑authorizations may be placed at check‑in/arrival.
- Specific room types, table locations, or event layouts are subject to availability and operational requirements.
4. Check‑in/out and identification
- Valid government ID may be required. Check‑in and check‑out times are published per Venue; early or late options are subject to availability and fees.
- Only registered Guests may occupy accommodation. Maximum occupancy and safety rules apply.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
- Prices are in the currency stated at the time of the Order and may be subject to local taxes, service charges, or resort fees.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Corporate/trader invoicing may be extended on approved credit terms; late payments may incur interest as permitted by law.
6. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
- Cancellation and change policies are displayed during booking and on your confirmation. No‑show or late cancellation fees may apply.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to bank processing times. Force majeure events may permit rebooking at our discretion.
7. Events, meetings, and catering
- Event details are binding upon acceptance of a Banquet Event Order (BEO) or function sheet. Minimum spends, room hire, and staffing fees may apply.
- Client is responsible for permits, third‑party vendors, and compliance with health & safety requirements. Overtime and breakage are chargeable.
8. Restaurant reservations and service
- Reserved times are held for a limited grace period. We may adjust seating to accommodate operational needs.
- Please disclose allergies. While we take care, cross‑contact risks cannot be fully eliminated.
9. Retail and trader sales
- Orders are accepted when we confirm dispatch or collection. Title passes upon full payment; risk of loss passes on delivery/collection.
- Custom or perishable items may be non‑cancellable/non‑returnable unless defective under applicable consumer laws.
10. Conduct, safety, and property
- Guests must not cause nuisance, damage, or unsafe conditions. No smoking in non‑smoking areas. We may refuse service or evict for breach.
- You are responsible for loss or damage caused by you or your party, including remediation and downtime costs.
11. Accessibility and special requests
We strive to accommodate accessibility needs and reasonable requests. Please notify us in advance so we can plan appropriately.
12. Pets
Pet policies vary by Venue and room type. Fees, deposits, or restrictions may apply. Service animals are welcomed as required by law.
13. Third‑party services and platforms
If you book through an online travel agency or third‑party marketplace, their terms apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for third‑party errors or outages.
14. Intellectual property and media
Site content, menus, images, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. See our Content & Software License and Media License for permitted uses.
15. Privacy
Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Where required, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations as lawful bases.
16. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as available.” While we use reasonable care, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error‑free content, or immunity from external events beyond our control.
17. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability in connection with an Order is limited to the amounts paid for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the Services.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence may also apply.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on this page with a new effective date.
